Our team trains and equips coaches, captains, and teams with strategies to flourish! We offer a variety of training and consulting programs to help coaches, captains and teams discover and develop the “best of what is” about themselves to reinforce success-conducive sporting environments.
Team leaders and captains play a pivotal role in establishing team values, norms, and practices. We provide online and face-to-face programs that help team leaders learn how to be effective in the central role between coaches and fellow athletes. The workshops teach leadership skills that can help team leaders on the field and wherever life takes them.
